We believe in the quality of our engineering. We want this workshop to be a transformative experience for the student. To ensure fairness to all participants and our instructors, we have established the following policy.

1. The "Day 1" Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee based on the value we deliver.

  • How it works: If you attend the Day 1 session of the live workshop and feel that you or your child have not received value worth your investment, you may request a full refund.
  • Deadline: You must email a refund request to [email protected] before the start of the Day 2 session.
  • Condition: Refund requests made after the completion of the entire workshop will not be honored. We want you to judge the value immediately, not retroactively.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend the scheduled workshop:

  • Rescheduling: Please email us at least 24 hours before the event starts. We will transfer your registration to the next available batch at no extra cost.
  • No Shows: If you do not attend the workshop and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your registration fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for "no shows," as a virtual seat was reserved specifically for you.
3. Refund Processing
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Account) used during the purchase.
  • Merchant Name: Please remember the refund will appear on your statement from "NeuroNow Consultancy".
