These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Student Unleashed website and your purchase of the "High Performance Student Blueprint" (the "Program"). By accessing our website or purchasing our Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Student Unleashed is a proprietary brand owned and operated by NeuroNow Consultancy. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to NeuroNow Consultancy.

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this Program.
  • For Parents/Guardians: If you are purchasing this Program for a minor (a student under 18), you agree that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor. You consent to their participation in the live workshop and accept responsibility for their adherence to these Terms.
2. The Program

The "High Performance Student Blueprint" is a live, online educational workshop delivered via video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom).

  • Access: Access details (Zoom links) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Schedule: We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure, illness). In such cases, a new date will be provided.
3. Payments and Billing
  • Payment Gateway: We use third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay) to bill you.
  • Statement Descriptor (Important): Please note that your credit card or bank statement will show the charge as "NeuroNow Consultancy" or "NeuroNow". By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree not to dispute the charge based on "unrecognized merchant name."
4. Intellectual Property

All content provided during the workshop, including but not limited to the "Blueprint" methodologies, workbooks, slides, and recordings, is the intellectual property of NeuroNow Consultancy and Prashant Chaudhari.

  • No Recording: You are strictly prohibited from recording the live sessions.
  • No Sharing: You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials provided to you. These are for the personal use of the registered student only.
5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe and positive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the live workshop, without refund, if they:

  • Engage in disruptive behavior or bullying in the chat.
  • Share inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to sell services to other participants.
6. Educational Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

This Program is an educational service designed to teach study techniques, mindset, and productivity systems.

  • Not Therapy: The content is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling or therapy.
  • Results: Academic results depend on the student's personal effort and implementation. We do not guarantee specific grades, marks, or rank improvements.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroNow Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
